Hello everyone,

I am a HAM-Operator since 1984, using the callsign DB6BJ. The license allowed me to use VHF and UHF only, so my activities went down slightly to zero.

Since german licensees like me were allowed to use HF too, my hobby raised up like phoenix from the ash. At first I bought me a QRP-Transceiver - the Icom IC-703 with build-in tuner. I was amazed about the QSOs I did during my summerholydays on the Isle of Crete, just using that simple antenna, the famous MP-1.

Since than I was infected by the HF-HAM-virus hi!

Nowerdays I changed the callsign and started to build up a new shack with several new equipment, which I will show when it's ready to have a look on it. I also got active in the IPARC-business, using the callsign DK0PB too. IPARC stands for the Radioclub of the International Police Association german section and I'm a member of it. Feel free to have a look at Webpage of http://www.iparc.de

The following picture shows me on some fieldday activities of the district club of the city of Bremen (by courtesy of Bert - DK3EU):
