Hi All. Still here12 years on, Using the callsign W4/G0TTQ. I am not Running an Echo/IRLP Link repeater anymore. or Echolink , It has been switched OFF....

I have now added D-Sar, I listen to DV rptr in .Magnolia Spring's  Al. via Ref030  CL and Ref 001C on.  KI4SAZ.   With an Icom ID 880H and I have now also an ID51 APlus handset on D-Star.

I work HF though with an Elderly Yeasu FT757 GX 2 with a Cushcraft A3S which I bought new in Germany many years ago,  3 element, antenna using max-100 wattts, up about 40 feet. I have been licenced since 1982 first as G1FNG (no code) Moved to Germany and rcvd DD5IJ reciprocal, Then done the morse 12 wpm and rcvd a full Licence in Germany and got the callsign DF4JB in 1991, then applied back in the UK for the reciprocal in 1993 and got G0TTQ. Due to FFC regulations they do not issue reciprocal licences, thats why I operate under the above callsign of W4/G0TTQ (the call prefix is for use in the area where I live) I can use my UK callsign for as long as my licence is valid.

Still QRV on 2mtrs & 70cms. at home and mobile

Originally I come from London UK, born and bred  and born Battersea. SW11.I live here now in Foley, Alabama, 9 miles north of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoying it very nicely  thank you very much!. Hope to hear you all on the band one day. Best 73s Brian.
