This is the club station callsign for the New Hampshire Microwave Radio Association.

The club was formed in May 2001 by Bryan King (K1SNH), Rick Miller (K1RDM), Dennis Hennigan (WA1HOG), Jeff Millar (WA1HCO), Dave Upton (WB1CMG) and Harry Chase (WA1VVH).

The purpose of the club is to foster interest in the UHF (900Mhz) and higher frequencies through on air activities such as putting beacons on the air, repeaters, remote links, translators and participating in contesting activities. We hope to use and thereby preserve our microwave allocations and not see them fall into the hands of commercial interests!

The club is currently operating a 1.2Ghz FM voice repeater in New Hampshire at the summit of Mt. Uncanoonuc in Goffstown (ele 1324 ft). The Repeater input is 1270.100Mhz, the output is 1290.100Mhz +/- 10khz on output. The repeater is open to all and there is no PL tone required.

When the ambient air temperature is below 40 deg F the output is approximately 1290.110Mhz. When the ambient air temperature is above 60 deg F, the output is approximately 1290.090Mhz.

The repeater antenna is 1350 feet above sea level and has excellent propagation to the south and east of the site. The power output is 10 watts.

People interested in learning more about the club and it's activities can contact the Club Secretary via e-mail
