Thanks for looking me up!

I live in the village of Dormansland, just outside of Lingfield (with the famous all-weather horse racing course) and am 8 miles East of Gatwick Airport.

On HF I run an Icom IC-7100 into either a Hustler 6-BTV or a M0CVO 42HP (for WARC bands). I also have an Innova Antennas 3 ele dual band Yagi for 4m and 6m which considering size and price is impressive. I also have  an Expert 1K-FA for HF/6m QRO ops.

I also have a Tytera MD-380 for DMR! It has better audio than most other DMR rigs...

Also in the shack are:
Wouxun KG-UV920RE for 2m & 70cm FM into a "white stick" dual band colinear
Ascom 550 for 4m FM

Baofeng UV5R+ Handie
and several other "projects"!

Most of the rigs and antennas can be seen below

I am active on PSK, RTTY and JT65 as well as voice, a throwback to when I had lower classes of licence and had only 10 or 50 watts to play with. I'm also active on 2m both at home and mobile and can often be heard on the local repeater GB3MH, 145.625, 88.5Hz, also 70cm - mainly GB3NS. I sometimes also have 4 metres in the car monitoring 70.450, plus sometimes DMR, mainly on GB7MH local.

I am Honorary Secretary of Crawley Amateur Radio Club which meets on Wednesdays and Sundays, and without whose help and encouragement I wouldn't be typing this now! More details of the club here http://carc.org.uk/ I also use Clublog.

I achieved ARRL DXCC in 2014 and am working on the next one... It gets harder now... HF DX is my favourite radio pastime, and I'm a "small pistol", with a vertical (neighbours and XYL won't let me have a SteppIR!) although I can now run the legal limit thanks to the Expert (with which I am also very impressed).

Very happy to QSL via  LoTW (preferred), EQSL.cc (AG), QRZ Log, ClubLog, Via Bureau or even direct. In fact almost any way you like!

Here are my last 10 QSO's
