Hello dear YL, hello dear OM,
many thanks for having a closer look in to my page here on QRZ.COM.
A very brief introduction:
I was born in 1947, and have been licensed since 1983. I came to the radio communication due to my profession ( I am a HF-Eng.) From the very beginning I liked to build antennas by myself, as well as construct my own HF-Equipment. HF wise my interests are having connections "as far away as possible"! CW is not my thing, but I do like the Digi-Modes a lot! (Even if I'm a bit sad of all the Funktion-Keys QSO's. I would like to have more individually things in it!) So I have been the Co-Developer of an old and meanwhile antiquated Packet-Software-Package (PRKISS) and wrote the Manual for it.
Now that I am close to become retired, I feel more relaxed, and moved from Germany to Austria (I like the mountains and the nature very much). My interest is still having "Super-DX" connections in SSB or in the Digi-Modes.
I am still open for all the new things which came up in the past, so by now my focus is on WHISPER (WSPR = WeakSignalPropagationReporter)! That is really a stroke of genius! MANY THANKS to Joe Taylor, K1JT, and all the genius developers around!
Have you ever tried it (WSPR)? It is really worth to give it a closer look!!!

So that is enough of introduction. Many thanks for your attention dear fellow YL/OM!
Because I don't like the so called "standard" QSL cards so much, I decided to make an own collection of cards. Here is what I did up to today:
The collection will be continued!
Until today I am still not familiar with eQSL's, eLOG's, LOTW, and all the things in conjunction with it, and I am not at all sure if I will participate! Until no decision is made, I will continue shipping my Paper-QSL cards via the bureau, even if it is a bit of nostalgia, or even for this reason ? ..... Therefore - I will be glad to receive your QSL also as a paper card via the bureau! Many thanks in advance!
==> Meanwhile I have changed it to be aktiv in eQSL as in LOTW as well.
So pse be so kind and upload your Log to both (eQSL and LOTW), because I try to work the DXCC!
Thank you very much!
See you on the Bands!
