Hi there my name is Christian SA5BUM, yea I know what "Bum" means blush. I start out whit radio in early 80th whit CB-Radio with my local radio friends here in Sweden, the propagation in this day was really good in my opinion lots of QSO with south Europe and other countries was easy to manage. So just early in this year (2011) me and my brother SA5BUE (Peter) decide us to get the ham licence so that we did in July 2011 we jump in to intense course that last for 1 week (day and night) on the weekend we did the exam and succeed . So here I am rooky and novice for this hobby and still learning a lot of things.

My working conditions for the moment is. ICOM IC 7300, Antenna is a Mosley TA-53M 4 element beam 13 meter up in my tower, and 80 m and 40m home maid dipols that’s is working really nice. I have replaced my Amitron to a new Acom 1000 amplifier this year (2014). It's little quicker to tune in and I can get 1kw from it.

After some antenna work last weekend (27-04-2013) I was exchanging my old Western DX-33 to a Mosley TA-53M beem. So now I’m QRV on all 5 band (10m, 12m, 15m, 17m and 20m). The Mosley antenna its well build weight is 24Kg (53 pounds) so it is heavy. And when the tower was lower I take the chance to remove my old rotor (emotator) and change to a Prosistel 2051D AZ rotor. Sohere is some picture from my antenna.

Here is my old radio an Icom IC-7600, roofing filter and DSP is really nice on this rig.
