Born in Billings Montana and that is where I first got my licence of Ka7gqz  it was so interesting to have my fathers friend who was a ham and he was the one who got me interested in ham radio thank you Bernie, now a silent key K7HVB. From that time on my father could not keep a ridio in his pickup I would open it up and try to figure out what made it tick.  I have ran into a tremendios amout of great people and some not so great. At this point I would like to thank all of hams who have supred me on to getting my EXTRA boy have I been missing out on some great fun over the years. In short t he calls are N7elw,w6qji,wo7b,kk7an,n7ht and who ever else that have been proding me on.     I did manage to complete my Naval service of 20 years and loved every moment of it and thanks to all of the vets who are reading  this and thank you for your service as well.  I primalrrly stay on 80 meters and seldom go any where else because of my short and narrow lot that will not let me errect a beam , Maybe some day I will figure out what I can put up that will get me on other bands.  Some of my other hobbies are minutre woodworking (scroll saw)  and crocheting making up presents for Christmas that way when the gift is given it comes from my fingers and not my wallet. The  best kind I think   . The rig is a Icom 706 MK2  and the ant is a wire off of the ground about 8 feet at the high point take care and have fun hamming  73's AE7BM
