Got intrested in radio communications in 1975,Which was when I got my first radio.Worked part time in a 2 way radio shop during the summer months of 1979 installing Old Motrac VHF tube type radios on RCC phone service.

In 1990-1997 went to work for a another 2way shop full time in Hobbs,NM. A&B electronics which later changed to PCI. Started out as installer and tower climber then junor tech doing minor repairs and tune up on UHF,VHF, and EFJ 800MHZ SMR trunking radios and pagers.

Then was later promoted to Bench tech, Repairing most all commercial brands from Ameritron to Zetron in addition to maintaining and repairing numorus tower site locations Our main system was a EFJ 800mhz trunking system using an Americom logic switch all linked together with 2 GHZ analog microwave,Also took care of the microwave and UHF and VHF community repeter systems as well as local city and county law inforcement radio system and SCADA and Telementry equipment.

1997-1999 Worked for Data-Comm LA, based company Installing and repairing PortableMicrowave for voice and data communications.

1999-2008 Worked for Westren Wireless DBA Cell One and Alltel as a Cell Tech,maintain and repair Nortel AMPS,TDMA,CDMA, and Microwave back bone,California microwave,Harris,Alcatel,Westren Multiplex, Stratex, Adtran.

2008-2012 Workedfor a Natural Gas geathering company known as DCP as a Communications tech. maintaining MAS 900MHZ SCADA and Telementry system and 2 Way Voice communications.

MAY 2012 to now Working in a 2Way Radio Shop again in Hobbs,NM as Lead Technician main dutys are bench repairs project builds and 450 Mhz Passport Trunking System.
