My QTH and it's  WWII History

MY QTH Was the sight of a WWII Army tramsmitter sight with 2 tower bases, 3 Buildings still standing and a slab as rememberances of days gone by. The land was onced owned By L.T.Langford a former Plant City Commissioner who is said to have leased the land to the Army,  then after the war, he is said, to have sold off more than a dozen buildings and split the land into 10 acre lots. Prior to that it was high ground to an Indian camp that was found by the creek. Sitting at 100Ft + - above  sea level while the lake below and much of the city sit at only 55 feet above sea level.

The name of the post and it's exact use are speculation, ........   Lost in Time ..

but the geographic location (gps cordinance) of the towers .......... amazing .....

Distance to WWII Airfields
