Hi, I'm Ruediger Stenzel, teacher in physics and sports on a big school in Wittmund, north west part of Germany.

My hobbys are computer, videography, photography, and of course amateur radio.
I am supporting and working for EchoLinkPlus, PMR-Radio and FRN.

If I work on amateur radio frequencies, I am mostly QRV via our 2m repeater DB0XW in Wittmund (EL#162698) on 145.775 MHz and using WSPR on 20m, but I'm also QRV on 80m about 3.622 MHz in phonie and on 20m about 14.070 MHz in PSK31 and on 14.230 MHz in SSTV. The last activities in short wave you can see on my HRD Logbook or on WSPR or on WSPRnet.

There is also a wire of 17m with an special balun for 10/15/20/30m and a 23m long VK6 as portable antenna for 10m to 160m.

For 2m and 70cm I have constructed a Duo-Band-Mono-Quad with two gamma matches for each band. So it is a portable antenna for duo band handys.
