My current Locator is: JN68NL(home) or in VHF Contest JN68OL (the QTH of DH9YX)

My YOUTUBE Videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZX5rgjyBLc&feature=plcp

I have been licensed in 2002 and I'm mostly interested in the bands above shortwave. I prefer the modes FSK441, PSK2k, JT65a/b, WSJT, EME, CW, SSB.

In 2010 I moved to JN68NL because it was cheap and the house has great capabilities. But the QTH is located in a valley... Call me crazy, but I installed a 2m antenna yagi and worked over 1500km on tropo from the most worst location I have ever had!!!

Setup / Equipment:

HF: Rig: FT-DX3000 Ant: 2x22m Dipole, symmetric tuned by the SGC-239 tuner.
6m: Rig: FT-DX3000 Ant: 3 EleYagi (DUAL)
4m: Rig: Ukrainian Transverter, 10W max & FT-DX3000 Ant: 4 Ele. Yagi (DUAL)
2m: Rig 1: SSB LT2S Transverter LDMOSFET PA 1kw max. 17 ele. Tonna F9FT Yagi
2m: Rig 2: Kenwood TR-751E (white LED modification, new Vol/Sql+RIT/RF pots)
2m: Rig 3: Yaesu FT-290R (two of them)
70cm: Rig: Kenwood TS-811E, Ericsson PA (COMPACT 9000) 250W, 12 Ele. Flexayagi

For SW listening on the bedside table, I use a Kenwood R600 (0.1 - 30MHz SSB/AM)

I use UcxLog for any kind of QSO logging.

Together with G4KLX, G8UBN, VK3AVM, VK6APH et al we started a open SDR platform for frequencies above 30MHz.

Here is the first picture of the front end prototype for 50-1300 MHz. (Rx+Tx, 100mW output)
