Fernando R Arroyo. Madrid, Spain

Born in Madrid, 1964. Became interested in radios as a child, and got my first license in 1980. I love boatanchor radios and have a few I keep regularly on the air. They all work very well indeed and are a lot of fun to operate. I am an Architect by training, and I work for the UN. My job has taken me to several African countries in the past and I have been active from some, including 9Q5BB (1994 and 1996), D2BB (1996 - 1999 and 2000 - 2004), TU5JL (1999), ST2BF (2004 - 2009), Z21BB (2009 - 2012) and TZ6BB (2012 - 2014). CW is one of my BIGGEST passions and my favorite mode, though I am also active on SSB and other.

Presently I am back in the Democratic Republic of Congo where I am signing 9Q6BB from the eastern part of this beautiful country. I am of course still active as EA4BB whenever I have a chance. CU soon on the air!
