Hi all

I was first licensed in 1982 as G6VEM, then a year later as G4WCP.

My station is a  Icom 7300 SDR  rig ,Yaesu ft450d hf rig ,and a Yaesu FT 817nd QRP rig HF, VHF & UHF .

WSPR LITE  transmitter 200mw output .

Currently the antenna system a trap dipole cut for 60m and 80m works well on 20m , 15m ,12 and 10m with PC computer for digital modes

Acom1010 linear amplifier,  Daiwa CN901  power meter , MFJ  manual Tuner MFJ 986 ,Ameritron remote antenna switch

I also have full D star capability with a ID 880 and  a IC-E92d HH as well as a DVAP which can connect to my improved dual band 2m-70cm colinnear .

Lived in Hastings until 1996 . My present QTH is 83m ASL and about 4km from the sea on the Sussex Downs in a urban former village called Patcham within the border of Brighton city .

QRT from 1994-October 2011.

Current amateur radio interests : FT8, WSPR,ROS JT65-HF , JT9 ,Opera, SIM31,`OLIVIA, on HF and will use other digital modes if I hear them. I use  CW SSB FM  AM and D star also  .My  WAB SQUARE  is TQ30 .Favourite operating bands  60m, 40m, 10m and  15m .

Spent most of my working career in the NHS  as a healthcare professional now currently semi retired
