New Antenna put up February 2013

New hf transceivers added September 2013

Current HF transceivers ..Anan 100d ,KX3 and Flex1500

KPA500 (number 2 as number 1 sold in a moment of madness) now added.

Flex 1500 now gone and ts-590 (number 3) installed (no 1 and 2 sold in 2 more moments of madness)

TS-590 is a great rig for the price. Also had Icom 7100 for a couple of weeks, couldn't live with AGC,

little spikes took receive down and took about 3 secs to recover maybe just not suitable for my environment.

Apart from that it was a nice wee rig.

12/08/2014...Anan 100D has gone and been replaced by K3 and Flex 6300.

Still have KX3 and TS-590 (number 4).

K3 now gone Flex 6300 gone

Elecraft PX3 added

waiting for 6300 (no2) to arrive.

april 2015....Flex 6300 installed ts590 (no 4) gone. ts-870 added and Elad FDM|-DUO added.

June 2015 Ft-991 added, ts-870 gone..

Feb 2016...KX3, PX3, KPA500 and KAT500 gone..added Expert 1.3K and waiting for IC-7300 to arrive.

For VHF using TYT MD-380 ,Icom ic-51D and Kenwood VM-71E dv4mini, dvmega dualband radio hotspot plus 2 diamond verticals

Icom ic-51D ,dv4mini gone. single band dvmega-rpi added, bluestack added 2nd TYT added and Ic-7300 arrived at last.

Very impressed with ic-7300

Jan 2018..... Semi-retired Avid Video Editor since September 2016, still do a bit when someones in a panic or needs advice or Hardware issues.

FT-991  also Ft-991A, FT6300 and Maestro all moved on to new owners.

Icom ic-51D and Kenwood VM-71E dv4mini all moved on.

Still have ic-7300 (still think it's great) still have Elad FDM-DUO another great little radio. added sdr play RSP1 for listening and decoding digital signals. Playing a lot with Digital modes , I have yeasu FTM400-XD, TYT md380 and Radioddity GD-77 to play with, also have had Retevis RT82x2 GPS and Non GPS and Ailunce HD1 which have now moved on. Apart from the TYT all the other handhelds appear to still be in Beta stage as far as firmware and software are concerned.

Hotspots, I have had Dual Band DVmega, zoomspot and 2x openspots that have all been moved on I now have 3 x Jumbospots and Bluestack system running pi-star software and Thumb DV running bluedv software.

Not too much HF operation at the minute due to band conditions, I have been using DXcommander vertical at caravan quite successfully and still have nested dipoles for 80,40 and 60 meters and hexbeam for otherbands at home.

Patiently waiting on New Flex 6400 or 6600 apearing on the UK market.
