I got a ham licence in 1981 and obtained callsign in 1983.

US FCC Call is KE6RC

I am working at the hospital as radiologist since 1982.

I was active hamradio during the last decade of 20th century, focusing on DXing and data communication (packet, RTTY and PSK31). I got DXCC award in 1993 and set up the first Korean PacketCluster station (HL5BHH) in Busan, Korea. it was linked to JA's clusters (JR1MAF and JA1BRK on HF) and also spreaded out spots to local station by a packet network. Now I don't operating DXCluster any more because of no local packet users and was replaced by internet DXclusters.

I was temporally away from ham for the past 15 years in order to get back to my old hobby, i.e, RC model airplane (I am a big  fan of RC since 1970) and still enjoy flying. I have a couple of RC airplanes including model jet airplanes running with turbojet  or turboprop engine.

Now I am back to Ham radio and try to appear on the air on 14MHz and 21Mhz and will just enjoy ragchew as well as data mode such as JT65 and Olivia

My rig : JRC JST-245, TS-480  Ant: Zepp for 80m & 40m , Yagi for 20m, 15m & 10m
