August 2015 I was 8Q7DX from Male south Atoll ( Maldives) 

I am born in 1964 and OM since 1982

HOME STATION, 150m above Sea level and 100-200 and 5W

( usualy for some contests and testing our projects)

Rig: ICOM IC-726 100  - ic 737 100 w -Kenwood TS480hx 200w  and Yaesu FT 817 for qrp


40-10m: Cushcraft R7000 (7 bands vertical), 10m above the ground

80/160 m: short dipole, 24 meters inverted V

40/30/20 m: home brew spider beam 3 elements each band

My new project:  ligth spiderbeam 3 elements in 40,30 and 20 meters, 20 meters from the ground.

My dual band moxon under test on my roof during cqww cw 2013 Single 40 meters low power ( First place Italian, 20th Europe)


SECONDARY STATION, 700m above Sea level and 500W 

Rig RTX: Flex 6300

RX for low bands : Perseus

630 meters TX: IK2DED transverter for 472 khz, 150 watts out  ( made by Ik2ded his project) pilots by icom 726 (5 watts out) at 10.472 Mhz

HF Amplifier: HFLA- 700 - 500 W Output ( 4 x MRF151 Mosfet)


630m: Vertical T, where the vertical is 30 meters long and horizontal are 30 + 30 meters, a top there is 200 uH coil, and small coil at the base for tuning and hairpin,  radials are the same for 160, 

160m: Shunt Fed Tower, By Gamma match and 10 radials, buried and  random size. 

80m: 3 elements sloping dipoles, with selectable direction to (20dB F/B ratio): West (USA), East (VK-ZL) and South (ZS)

40-30 m: Dual band Moxon At 30 meters above the ground ( rods by dx-wire 10 meters heavy duty fiberglass masts)(from august 2014)

10/15/20 m bands: Triband Mosley cl36 a top of 115 ft. tower (from 9 august 2012)

RX antennas:(used on 630,160, 80 and 40m)

100 m long  beaming 300°,to USA
- 170m long  beaming 60°, to JA-VK
-  130 m. long  beaming 140° to ZS

- PA0RDT miniwhip, a top of 13 meters fiberglas rod, after 13 meters coaxial cable's shield  is grounded and just after, a toroid choke balun 1:1 is connetted to insulate line. ( Nice performance on 630 meters and help me in several directions on 160 and 80 meters)

Tower is about 35m (115ft) tall.
