Brian Martin K0ATZ OMISS #10600, NAT&AN. 100 Watts and a Wire member #1760 http://100wattsandawire.com/  Rig is an Icom 7300 with a LDG AT-600Proll auto tuner with the M-600 remote meter.  ALS-500 amplifier, and Icom SM-50 desk mic. My antenna is a G Whip 80m Windom, http://gwhip.co.uk/baseportable-antennas/windoms/ amazing antenna, built like a tank and works great!!!  I  am also using a Crushcraft R-5 Vertical that is great fun for DX.  Well had a amazing time with NPOTA total of 1932 contacts from 5 different parks.  Now I am active in the POTA park activations.  Please follow the link to learn more.   http://parksontheair.com/ Or find us on FB   https://www.facebook.com/groups/parksontheair/

My new truck all loaded up with radio gear ready to go!!  2017 Ram Rebel edition!

My HF portable set up for activating WWFF parks on the air is my Kenwood ts-480 HX 200W model and a custom made 92' mast with a also custom made quad mount with Hustler 17m, 20m, 40m, and 75m.  I have recently add a TGE voltage booster, to my mobile rig!  It keeps a constant voltage to the radio, and I am sold on its effectivness! http://stores.tgelectronics.org/

Currently working on activating all Missouri KFF entities.  Below is my list the highlited in yellow have been fully activated with 44 or more contacts.  15 Left to go!

Activation of  KFF-4425 Ozark St. Francis National Forest. Had an amazing activationg point called Matney Knob overlooking the White River, it was the highest point in sight and you can drive right up to the top.  I had a blast working the big SSB contest as I activated this new park.  The first picture is of the Knob as I was driving in, you can see the mist following the White River.

This is on top of Matney Knob, I can't wait to go back when the leaves are off and get some pictures of the views.

Some pictures from my Oklahoma 5 park run. On 9-24-17

Below is an activation of Ozarks National Senic Riverways KFF-4009.

Below is Wakonda state park.

Perfect operating spot at KFF-1753 Cuivre River State Park.

KFF-3336 Batle of Athens.

One of my Cheetah runs KFF-1748 Big Lake SP, KFF-0380 Squaw Creek NWR, KFF-1770 Lewis and Clark SP, KFF-Weston Bend SP, and KFF-3365 Thomas Hart Benton Home and Studio HS, all in Mo.

Below was at KFF-3365 a very tough urban operation.  The staff allowed me to back in a very very tight driveway that wasn't built for quad cab trucks!  I had dreaded this activation and I am glad it is in the books!!

KFF-3367 Union Covered Bridge

A hand full of the amazing awards available with the POTA program.  Almost all are free and sent to your email to do with as you please!  If you where active for NPOTA, several of the top activators have uploaded there logs for this program you may have head start on some great awards!!

My 2 meter rig is a Icom IC-V8000 for my base rig, going to a J-pole in my attic.  My truck rig is a icom 2300 going into a larson antenna mag mount on my roof.  I enjoy working with my local hams on our repeater.  We just recently installed a solar panel that is capable of running the whole station in a complete outage.

I QSL Direct, on QRZ and EQSL, and I upload all contacts to LoTW  73's

Our Beam set up for field day 2016!!

I joined our Ham Radio Taskforce at the hospital below is pictures of the hospitals emergency communication trailer.  Very cool set up and the AC isn't bad on hot Missouri summer days!!

In September of 2015 I realized a lifelong goal of going full solar.  We are a grid tie 13Kw system 48 panels total, 24 facing south and west and 24 facing east.  We are loving the system and it is working as advertised!!

One of my Portable set up's back during NPOTA a crushcraft R5 antenna hitch mounted with a Yaesu FT-8D activating Wilson Creek National Battlefield NPOTA BF-11, on top of "Bloody Hill" note the cannon to the right of my truck!!

To get some 40m contacts I have added a Gwhip 40m OCF Windom to my portable set up!

Septembe 29th MN39 George Washington Carver National Monument, and MP07 Pea Ridge National Military Park.

Pea Ridge West Overlook!

My 9/30/16 activation of the Ozarks Scenic Riverways RV 05 was quite a fun trip, very little access I found a goat path that took me to 'Bluff View" access point where I went to work.  I had to put it in 4 wheel drive to get in and out!  I wish I could have gotten a few more contacts I know this was a needed park but the bands seemed less than steller!

My activation of the Buffalo River National Park, from the Buffalo Point Campground.  Below is the coolest sign I have seen at a park yet!!

My Truck with the sign!

My setup at the campground, it worked a lot better than I expected as you really dropped off down in a huge valley.
