The picture shows John Roth, NØQJS, Mike Anderson, WV7T, and Rhoda Anderson, KB2BZY, in the radio room aboard the USS Missouri BB-63, at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Mike (Retired Navy Chief Petty Officer) is the club’s president, John is vice president, and Rhoda is Mike’s better half.

The purpose of the Rocky Mountain Navy Amateur Radio Club is to remember our military service members on active duty, retired, separated, and those who serve at a higher command.

The members are ham operators, not all are military, that desire to remember our military service personnel through special event operations such as Veterans Day, Pearl Harbor Day, Memorial Day, Armed Forces Day, and other military days of importance.

The club offers color certificates for each special event operated. To get certificate send QSL card and SASE to Mike Anderson, WV7T, club QSL manager.
