SCROLL TO BOTTOM OF PAGE FOR QSL INFORMATION  Leaving on a mobile trip Sept.7 - middle of Oct. NO mail

I was first licensed at age 15 as KN2HVN. I made my first contact 6 days after my 16th birthday on April 30, 1954 using a Misner 2cw rig at 10 watts, windom antenna and Hallicrafter S-76 receiver. I then spent the next 25 years almost exclusively on CW working DX.

My first QTH was in Westchester county, NY, then I operated from college in Oswego, NY also from WA2DCC ( college radio club I founded) then one year (1960) in Calif. as WA6PNJ but still retaining K2HVN. From 1961-1995 I taught school in N.Babylon, NY and started a radio club, WB2RCJ (25 years). I moved to the Littleton, NH in 1998, and now (June 12, 2010) Dover, DE.

I enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking ( not since I moved to DE), now weightlifting, running counties from my motor home, camping, geocaching (poo-solo) changed to K2HVN and just recently, creating pileups by being a DX station.

My telephone # is 302-747-7228 and cell 603-738-1070 operate mobile CW and ssb, Kent County, 5BWAS, 8BDXCC, WAC, WAZ, DXCC honor roll (335/367, County Hunters USACA #428 all ssb (20 meters and all mobiles) plus USACA second time #304 all cw, third time #236. Retired school teacher, extra class license, licensed 1954, son N3AHA. I am the first and only person in the world to work all USA prefixes. See article in April 2005 issue of CQ magazine.
