Latest news 5/18/2017 ... Cards coming in for 4x operation. The W2/K2 buro just notified me that they have cards to be sent out to me. I am on 75/80m every night around 2300 GMT (7PM local and 1 hr before sunset) and also try to get on at around 0400 GMT. If anyone needs NH/USA on 80 listen on 3.795 +/-.

Latest news and views 5/5/2017 ... Just returned from Israel. I thank everyone I contacted for making the 2000+ contacts memorable. Station was TS-590SG with 100w to quarter-wave vertical at 172 meters above the Mediterranean Sea. Location was a high floor in a building in the town of Zichron Yaacov. Signals were extremely strong. I was on 80 through 10m. I will respond to all QSL requests via the W2/K2 bureau or direct. SAE + 2 'green stamps' appreciated for direct airmail.  The signal strength from Europe was at times S9+20. Japan was consistently S9. To those who called and I did not pick up, sorry. I really tried. The building I operated from had S9 noise after 1400 GMT when people came home from work. Next time, I will operate from a rural area away from noise sources. Till the next time, thank you. ... Rich, 4X/K2RR

Please note: If you worked K2RR in the period June 6 through Sept 3, 2016, please send me QSO information to k2rr@bellsouth.net. Lost data for that period of time.
