Hello fellow amateurs,

My name is Luis and I reside in the beautiful city of Bethlehem Pa.

I am new to Ham Radio and do appreciate that I was able to achieve the Extra License Class.

I have a basic set up consisting of a Yaesu FT450D, and a Hustler 6BTV vertical, mounted on the ground.

I've had successful contacts on 40 and 20 meters, having trouble with 80 Meters, looking to mount a G5RV to see if

that helps. I still have alot to learn any suggestions or comments from other experienced amateurs is appreciated.

I am a retired Postal Worker, and work part time as a School Bus Driver for the city of Bethlehem.

I would like to thank W3SEB for helping me to advance my shack in such short period of time. I am now transmitting with an ICOM 738 with a G5RV about 30 feet from the ground. The Ameritron 572 helps assure that I make that contact.

Thanks again to Sebio, W3SEB, 73s
