Xcvr #1: Yaesu FT-897/D 100-watt all-mode HF/VHF/UHF transceiver with W4RT.com's OPF (One Plug Filters) for CW and for SSB. Operated QRP (5 watts) almost all the time.

Xcvr #2: Yaesu FT-817 5-watt QRP all-mode HF/VHF/UHF transceiver with W4RT.com's OBF (One-Board Filters) & OPP (One-Plug Power).

QTH: Apartment on fourth floor in downtown Atlanta industrial area adjacent to InterState I-75.

First licensed as Novice (WH6CWQ) at age 15; upgraded to Technician, then General (KH6CWQ) at age 16. Upgraded to Extra (WB6BWZ) just before "incentive licensing" would impose frequency restrictions in my operations. Vanity call (K4AQ) issued 28-May-2004, thanks to K4SB.
