PLEASE DO NOT send QSL reports for my beacons.  The reason for the beacon transmissions are for you, the listener.  The beacon transmissions are not so I can collect QSL cards.  Thanks for understanding!

PLEASE DO NOT QSL for contacts with C6AAB.  In 2010, I used this callsign only ONCE.  Thus, we did NOT have a QSO!

PLEASE QSL VIA: Alan Brown, P.O. Box 2, Goldthwaite, Texas 76844-0002, U.S.A.

For DX QSLing, the Bureau is OK.

I operate two propagation beacons: 28.280 MHz CW, 50 watts output, 5/8 wave vertical GP, grid EM-01. 50.060 MHz CW, 20 watts output, horizontal loop, grid EM-01.

As of 07 May 2016, I have relpaced my 10m beacon.  The original 10m beacon was placed into service in April 1995.  With the  new 10m beacon, frequency accuracy and stability is much improved, and the power output has been increased by 3.98 dB to 50 watts output.

First licensed in 1968, with much help from Dr. Russ Van Kirk, K5OSH.
