Thanks for taking a look at my QRZ page. I have been licensed since 1980. Participated in multiple facets of amateur radio but enjoy chasing the satellites most of all and passing my knowledge on to other. I am usually working one or more of the satellites on a regular basis. Working around the work schedule of course. Work does take me out of town and I try to work the FM sats portable with my Elk antenna and Yaesu FT1DR when passes agree with off work time in the evening.
Please check out my web page for further information.

All powered by a deep cycle gel cell battery, Wouxun 30 amp power supply or a 100 watt solar panel with a marine deep cycle battery for Field Day or emergency ops. G5RV or Hustler vertical for antennas. Fixed elevation for satellites as pictured above. Go kit and fix sats picture was from sat ops from DN26/27. Will be using a Arrow Satellite Antenna without the duplexer fed with two lengths of coax on my next trailer portable setup. Picture of me with the Elk Antenna was portable ops in Bremerton, WA in CN87.
