I now live in Denver and have my address change filed with the FCC.  It should show up in the QRZ info any day.  I grew up in Beloit, Wisconsin, and was first licensed in 1965 as a novice with the callsign WN9POD.  I upgraded to a general class in 1966 and to advanced a couple years later, and had the callsign WA9TEQ.  I moved to Colorado in 1978 and shortly thereafter changed my callsign to KB0JI.

At my previous location in Castle Rock I had a great location; while "antenna restricted" I was on acreage on the side of a hill, and used a Cushcraft vertical, Icom equipment including amplifier, and enjoyed DX and contests (primarily the annual sweepstakes phone contest).

At my present location in the Stapleton area of Denver, the covenants are vague, and I have just put up a Delta Loop sized for 40 meters but with the apex only at about 25 feet.  Transceiver is an Icom 7300.  Antenna is not yet working too well, and I am just starting to get on the air with PSK31 where the antenna may not be as critical.  Hope to put up a foldover vertical after a few more trees I put in fully bloom out and add a little more cover.

Went to the University of Wisconsin in Madison for both college and law school, and ham radio activity has varied depending upon my house location and work schedule.  Am hoping to be more active and get up to date on things like LOTW and other digital things I haven't yet done.
