Ham Member Lookups: 1711

I've been a ham since 1996 when I got my technician ticket. I was very active the first few years, and then antenna restrictions drove me away for a while. A couple years ago I dusted off my old kenwood tm261 and decided to see what was going on in the area I'm living in now. It didn't take me long to jump back in with both feet. I upgraded to General in January and I'm thinking it's time to hit the books again and upgrade to Extra. My current HF station consists of an Alinco DX70 into an MFJ993 tuner into an assortment of antennas.  I've got a Cushcraft R5 vertical, a Comet CHA250BX vertical, and a G5RV.  Work limits my radio playtime, my main HF activitiy is checking in on a few nets when I get the chance, and I am active on 20 meters SSTV.  I've also got an Alinco DR620 dual bander and a 220Mhz fm rig.  I enjoy local ragchewing on 2 meter simplex as well.  I'm trying to get the wife and kids interested in the hobby as well.
