Always interested in Radio from a young age. went on to US Navy Radio after a short stint at broadcast FM.. Following my time in service I continued w/ mobile 11meter and SWL moved to the Tech ticket and ran that way for more than 13yrs. Recently upgrade to General and here we are. Advanced level SkyWarn trained ...Following  POLK ARES ..I am enjoying  2meter and 440. dual band HT. FT-60   ICOM IC-2200 for 2meter w/ an old Cushcraft Ringo Ranger  Loving the new, 1st's w/ scottland , switzerland . etc ..Yea Team.  :)   Member of Lakeland Amateur Radio Club  old school  a modified Antron 99. it doesn't take much and that's a real good thing    Now have my new to me IC-7200 in station .. working on a 140" center fed dipole antenna   140' Cobra Ultralite SR folded dipole running north/south w/ the center pulled 10-14 yards west to eat up some of the ladder line and this thing is hearing the world .. I really like this set up. many thanks to my friends who helped get it in the air and the strong reccomendations to get it in the first place             Thanks for looking . and hope to catch you on the air soon !
