Hello my fellow ham radio operators,

Everyone calls me Blue, been called Blue since I was young. Well I have been a ham operator since March 17, 2015 and I have just received my upgrade to a General this year 2017 in March. Since I have received my ticket I have gotten really big into the hobby and I really love the radio hobby, it is very interesting & very fun. I also have gotten my 10 years old nephew into liken the hobby as well. Let me tell you about my equipment I own and have in my shack. I have a 40 meter & down delta loop antenna, 160 meter & down Alpha Delta CC DX fan dipole antenna, 2 dual band antennas by Comet & Diamond. I have a Yaesu FTDX-1200 interfaced to my PC, Motorola CDM1550 LS+ UHF, Motorola XPR 4550 (UHF), ICOM 5100A D-Star Radio, 10 Meter radio, Mackie MIX-8 Mixer for all of my radios are ran into it and use a single condensor MXL microphone on a boom with a single PTT switch with a PTT radio selector switch box, Berhinger 502 mixer for the audio coming out of the radios. Also have a Tripp-Lite PR-30 Amp power supply & a Tripp-Lite PR-40 Amp power supply. I have a D-Star Hot Spot using a Motorola VHF MaxTrax radio & a Moen Comm Star Board. I have a Motorola CDM1550LS+ remote control unit UHF (70cm) mobile in my vehicle & a Motorola XPR 4550 (UHF DMR). Well that sums it up on my ham radio gear a little bit. Thanks for reading about my hobby, hope you have a great day!
