I was first licensed as WV6VOP on January 22, 1962, in Ontario, California.( I have now been continuously active for over 55 years!) In 1963, I moved to San Diego and became WA6VOP. From there my family and I enjoyed several years in Hawaii as KH6GKI. In 1970, we moved to Connecticut where I operated as WA1OYK. This was followed by several years in Japan, where I held the U.S. military administered call signs of KA7MS and KA6MS. In 1975, we moved to Virginia and I became WB4BZR. This was followed by a return to San Diego and many years of operation as KD6TB; including extended stays at and operations as KD6TB/DU2, KD6TB/KH2, KD6TB/0 and KD6TB/4. I also had the wonderful opportunity to operate from Romania as YO/KD6TB for almost two years, 1998-2000. We had the pleasure of living in South Africa from 2012-2013, where I held the call sign ZS2KM.  From 2015 to 2016, we resided in Sofia, Bulgaria; and from 2017 to mid-2018 we are in Shkoder, Albania.  My operations from these last two places is/was via RemoteHamRadio. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to operate remotely while we were away from our home.  My wife and I moved to St. George, Utah, in 2002, and hence the call of KM7DX.  This is where we call home. My favorite mode of operation is CW and particularly enjoy chasing DX.  The picture is from my days as a SWL, circa 1950. The receiver was a National NC-33.  Awards:  DXCC Mixed 332/324, DXCC CW 292/289.  WAS CW.  WAZ CW.
