This is how it started, as it did for many in those days: SWL on 40m AM in 1963

Licensed in 1964 as DJ9NX at the age of 17. Boy, was I proud of my Geloso...

As a student in Nuremberg not much time for those Heathkits.

Setting up my log-periodic in the middle of West-Berlin 1975. From left DJ9NX, DL7NP, SWL Jürgen

Paying a visit to Father Moran, 9N1MM in 1977

Since 1980 as LAØCX in Halden, south of Oslo

Antennas in my most active period

from 1995 to 2005. Today the monobanders are taken down as well as the "little" tower in the background.

Then there came a time with much QRP-fun from home and outside.

This is what I am using most frequently for the time being. Hooked up to a 2 x 18m sloper, fed with 450-Ohm-laddercable.

Now there is a new enjoyable toy... There was also a Maestro, but it's packed down again since

it is not (yet?) fit to be used for serious CW.
