I was licenced as LB4WE back in May 1995 at the age of 15. I had to wait until October 1995 to get my current call, LA8AJA. I am mostly active on HF during the year, but 6M does take priority when it's open. Here in Norway, that is usually from May till August. We also have the occasional aurora and some meteorscatter at times. I only miss 5 DXCC's to have worked them all.

I have worked DXCC from 80M-6M. The only DXCC I have applied for, was 6M back in 2013. That DXCC was done all with LoTW credits.

I like CW a lot, and it is the mode I use 99% of the time I am on the air. I do some SSB, but the signals are usually too weak with my vertical. I do some digital modes now and then.

I have been on the following expeditions:

QSL is ok via the bureau, lotw or direct. I do frequent updates of the log to lotw. You can find logsearch on my homepage.

A note about qsl'ing if you send direct:

Please include a self-addressed envelope and sufficient return postage. Due to increased postage rates in Norway, 3$ or 1 IRC's required for return postage. Without sufficient return, cards will be returned via the bureau.

IRC's must be stamped in the "box" on the left side. Without this, IRC's are useless, and the QSL will be sent through the bureau.
