licensed 21-04-08, using yaesu ft857 with an atas 120a for hf also icom 2820 for vhf/uhf and d-star subject to working from mobile at the moment as i am in negotiation with my local council hoping they will allow me to install antennas at this location. nether the less ive had some fantastic contacts at 100 watts on 40m 20m 17m 6m 2m 70cms, cant wait till holiday time, a week long of dx 73's and good dx dave M0TRQ,

19-10-2014 having been reduced to mobile use only i have been of air for a long time but now two nov's to the collection 5mhz and 146-7mhz the interest is coming back.

ive been doing plenty of fishing but now the weather is getting colder think i'll stay with the radio for now.

ive still got the yaesu ft857 and 120a atas i spent and afternoon perfecting it as they can be a little tricky to set up,

ive also a member of the coulsdon radio club.

27/11/14. With a kind donation of a triple mag mount I'm back running the ft857 and atas 120a in the car cheers larry 1/12/14 Working from the car at locator sp81 working into Staffordshire on 2m fm Some good contacts on 40m the atas is really performing well.
