Hello,

Welcome to the QRZ.com profile of Scott Mcleman MM0LID.

Thanks for looking me up, thank you for the QSO if we have spoken on the air.

I am 29 years of age and live in the farming village of Fetterangus, 10 miles west of the fishing port of Peterhead in the North East coast of Scotland.

Below you can see what the weather can be like with us on a regular winter day....

My love for radio started at a the young age of 6. As an SWL, i would come home from school and listen at any free opportunity. I became a licensed ham at the age of 14 in 2002 and received the call MM3AWD which gave me access to all HF bands with a maximum output of 10w.

I had no space for outdoor antennas at the time, so only only a nest of dipoles in the roof space for the HF bands and the low power was used, but still worked over 275 DXCC with that call.

In Febuary 2007 passed my exam for the full license and i received the call MM0LID.

Qsl is available direct or EQSL, I am very sorry but there is no buro cards!!. If you send to the buro i will not receive it.

I am very active on All Bands on all modes. So if you hear me please do give me a call.

Very Active In Contests as Single Operator or part of multi teams. So If We Have Worked In a Contest , Many Thanks For The Points. And we look forward to seeing you in the next one.

I actively use the logging facility here. If we make QSO please be so kind to log the QSO for the confirmation.

MM0LID has been active from many DXCC, Lighthouses and IOTA since 2007, with lots more to come in the future. listen out on the bands and check the website for the latest updates.
