I've been licensed for years but always worked on 2meter. Changed the G5RV over to an OCF dipole and hanging a couple more wires in the sky soon.

Just finished a CW Ops course to try and start using the mode that seems to really produce during contests. Had to learn enough to get my novice back in the day but never used it. Seems even harder to learn it now, but now I am on a mission.

Just turned 65 on Flag Day (US) so now looking ahead to retirement. Probably going to be another couple of years but I CAN see the light at the end of the tunnel.

LOTW and EQSL or QSL with SASE

Radio - Elecraft K3 (really starting to have fun with this one) and an Icom IC-718 for  backup

Antenna - OCF Dipole @ 80ft agl and a G5RV @ 60ft
