My wife and I are retired. She was an English teacher of 38 years. I was an appliance, TV, and customer electronics repairman for more years then I care to count. I now spend my time traveling, volunteering at the local Food Bank, serving with the Honor Guard an Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, playing with the radios, or whatever else strikes my fancy.
I got started in radio building crystal sets and held a one year novice ticket back in the '60s. I worked in electronics and airborn radar systems in the F-106 fighter/interceptor in the Air Force and continued in the electronics hobby after that.
