Hi my name is Chris, I'm originally From Kuna ID. I was introduced to Ham Radio When I was 14 years old in middle school club. My Elmer encouraged me to get licensed but i was very hesitant. so waited until I was 17 years old to get my license and I have been having a great time with ham radio ever scene. I have great intrest in brocast engineering and AM radio, I also take big intrest with 75meter phone AM and home brew transmitters. I operate Mainly SSB & AM some times digital every now and then I work a little slow CW to maintain my skills. You can usually find me at night time on 40 meters and 80 meters band in rag chews. I love to participate in the Brothers net 40 & 80 meters. My curerent rigs are, Yaesu FTDX 3000, Kenwood TS-590S and Yaesu FT-991, and Ameritron ALS-600 & SB-200 for some fire in the wire. My antennas are currently Cushcraf A3s on a tower 62FT and gap Challenger vertical, Homrew OCFD 80-10  inverted V 42FT high. I get the questioned about my call sign if  am veteran and the answer is yes. I am a veteran of both operation Iraqi freedom and operation enduring freedom Afghanistan. served in the U.S. Army 10 years in aviation and in the signal core and loved my job and was forced into medical retierment due to my service connected injurys. I am also a big supporter of our constitution.
