UPDATED July 31st, 2017:

You may also hear me on the air from my vacation home in San Francisco live or via the internet using my HF Remote Base or from my permanent residence north of Dallas in Mckinney, TX or from Southern California via an HF Remote Base I have access to.

I am also active on D-STAR when I travel within the US, Caribbean and Latin America with my Kenwood TH-D74A and have recently acquired a Shark RF Open Spot that I use at home and when I am travelling in the car or hotels.  I tend to monitor more than talk but I do get on the 4C and 14C and 30C Reflectors.

I am part of a group of avid HF operators/contestors building a network of Remotely accessed HF stations for DX'ing and Contesting with stations located around the USA. The stations are being built using various HF radios and in some with Remote Rig interfaces with Broad Band access via Cable/DSL/WiMAX/4G Wireless access to the internet and formed a club known as the High Tech Contesting Club who work for various High Tech companies and are CC&R/HOA limited from putting up antennas in their homes.

After many years at Cisco Systems, I am now with Juniper Networks in the Sales organization, specifically a group called the "Center of Excellence" for the America's as a Consulting Engineer for  TELCO CLOUD / SP CLOUD working on "Cloud" based solutions & virtualization solutions for Service Providers. I am focused on vCPE, uCPE, SDN, 5G and the many aspects it brings with virtualization such as vEPC, ePDG,  IOT, MEC, Cloud RAN, vRAN, using VNF's and all the Service Orchestration aspects.

The region I cover for Juniper Networks (similar to my previous employer) requires that I travel to all extreme ends of the Americas (Chile to Canada) and at times to Europe for those global customers that have an operations presence in the Americas.

My certifications include:

Cisco Systems: CCNP, CCDP, CCIP, Optical Expert

Juniper Networks: JNCIA, JNCIS-SP and JNCIP-SP

Expect to here me on from almost anywhere with my KX3 (especially those Caribbean trips!)

I am a member of the Northern California Contest Club (NCCC) as well as the North Texas Contest Club (NTCC), the Dallas/Fort Worth Contesters Group and the High Tech Contest Club - (HTCC where I am the trustee for N5UJ).

QSL via LoTW ONLY and if you wish for a traditional QSL, please send an SASE (Valid for any of my operations as NM6E)

FYI: The logs for my previous HI8/NM6E operation have been uploaded to LoTW.

If you have worked me as WH9/AH6MM, THE LOGS ARE ON LOG BOOK OF THE WORLD (LOTW).

MY OJ0/AH6MM Operation is valid for DXCC credit.

ALL QSL's VIA LOTW!

I am using a Mac Mini (Late 2015 model) using IOS and with the option of BootCamp, running Windows 10 for Rig Control, and my trusty WriteLog software and Voice Keying from the Mac Mini/Windows 10 PC under bootcamp. (It's relatively stable when under Windows 10 but sometimes to boot up is a hassle with Thread Errors/Exceptions... Once up and running, it's fine.

Computer Interfaces: MicroHam Micro Keyer PC-USB-Radio Interface for CW/RTTY/PSK31/ usign DigiPan/FL-Digi and for Voice Keyer Interface for SSB contesting.
