February 29 2016, I was the operator of the special callsign SC90SSA, celebrating the 90 years of SSA,
our Swedish National Amateur Radio Society, (September 23 2015 until September 30 2016.)

This callsign was used on CW and I was be operating via a remote set-up near Stockholm.
Bands: 160-80-40-20-17- and if bands are open, also 15-12 and 10m.
I hope that I caught you! With a bit of luck, this turned out to be a new prefix for you...
QSLs for SC90SSA QSOs on February 29 2016 = via the Bureau and SM0BYD.

I only had 2 hours of sleep early morning, hi...and I finally made the wished for
number of QSOs, 500 and a few more, so I am satisfied.

for the QSO/s!  Always a pleasure to hook up!  /Hans
My PHOTO homepage, - I STILL have to admit, has been neglected for way too long and I ought to do something about it...
I have loads of images still awaiting an uploading.

If anyway curious, please have a look at: http://www.sm0byd.se

PLEASE do check in on our SK0HB homepage / DX News, from timer to time, as I do update the including
pages as often as I can, if possible, on a daily basis. Please click here:

Thanks in advance.

First of all:
The most important point of all:
To live life to its fullest, enjoying every minute of it
and sharing with loved ones and friends, everything,

good, or bad.

And - remember:
"Happiness depends upon ourselves." --Aristotle

In the CW Operators Club, "CWops" I am member #998LM.
See You soon
and always QTX! So...QTX?

SK5CG:   http://www.qrz.com/lookup/sk5cg
Riksföreningen Aktiva Synskadade, Enköping
(The National Association of the Active Seeing Impaired.)

We worked hard during Spring of 2014 and were finally able to hit the air on April 30 2014.
During our so called radio weekends, we try to encourage friends in our association, to get interested in Ham radio.
We are fairly active on the HF bands, during our weekends and as it has turned out, mainly on CW.
Operators, so far:
SM5AKP Esko, SM0MPE Hernan, SM0WTK Micke, SM0GLI Stellan and yours truly, SM0BYD.

Our new SK5CG QSLs are soon to be printed, April-May 2015 and then later in the Summer of 2015, distributed via the bureau.

We will, during this year,  join the LoTW family as well.

Or our SK0HB homepage at: www.sk0hb.se
The latter though, is only written in swedish
. You might still find something of interest.
For instance, our DX News page.
You are heartily welcome!

shows you some images of our antennas at SK0UX and more to come. At my own photo homepage
you will find specific albums for SK0UX, as soon as I get started...
If curious, please check them out later!

Welcome also to our homepage, at: www.sk0ux.se

at The Museum of Science and Technology, in Stockholm:

SK0TM -The official swedish Ham Radio Station, representing SSA,
Foreningen Sveriges Sandare Amatorer, the Swedish Amateur Radio Society.

with images from past (Telemuseum) and present...

The museum is easily reached by catching bus 69 or 69K at the bus stop, across from the Ahlens
super market, Klarabergsgatan/Drottninggatan, Stockholm.

Since May 31 2011, I have been, for some time, QRV with a remotely controlled TS-480SAT at SK0UX.
The remote control unit used, without any need of a computer, the famed SM2O RRC-1258MkII magic little
black box. Even CW is as smooth as anyone could wish for!
Unfortunately, no activity since early Summer of 2014. Hoping for the best though.

trcvrddddddddddddddddd*****'I most certainly hope to meet up with You for anoth88/73/55 & have yourself a GOOD one!
Yours truly, Hans

2015: Please note, the e-mail and webshot page addresses are no longer used.

June 28 to July 26 2008, I was QRV as SM0BYD/2, in northern Sweden, north of Vidsel, about 70km south of the Arctic Circle. Locator: KP05du.

THANKS VERY MUCH INDEED, for all the nice QSOs. The last QSO was no. 1100. That includes 110 DXCC entities on 20m. 45 QSOs on
SSB, the remaining = CW. I had G R E A T FUN! I was enjoying every minute of the stay up here, with my friend SM2EJB, Arne, at his beautifully
and perfectly situated Summer QTH.

Rig and antennas used: IC-706MKIIG and an SB-220, running smoothly at at around 500 watts out, into a SPIDERBEAM, a 2x10m or a 2x20m dipole.

October 15 2007:

My OH0/SM0BYD log is also uploaded at: www.eqsl.cc and an eQSL is now available, if you are interested.

My OH0/SM0BYD log has been uploaded to LoTW.

An OH0/SM0BYD on-line log is available at:

THANKS A MILLION, first to Sture, OH0JFP, for letting me use the set-up, during 24 hours, Sat-Sun October 13-14, 2007!!! I really had a BALL!!!

Then, to the radio club - SK0QO, for arranging the trip to Aland Islands and OH0JFP!

No less to ALL of YOU, out there - for the +960 QSOs that I had the GREAT pleasure to enjoy! About 21 hours of intensive activity, for me, a new experience, as being the first time I had the pleasure of working with my own callsign, from an attractive spot, hi.

This OH0JFP operating site, on top of Knutsbodaberget is, to say the least - a KNOCK-OUT!!! Especially so - for YOU - THE CONTESTER! WOW!

For the non-contester, no doubt, as much!!! You bet!

It has to be seen, to be believed!

I really hope that I may get another chance to operate from this OH0JFP site. Then, I do indeed also hope that I may activate the WARC bands, of course, on CW.

88/73/55 And - for YOU - Another GREAT DAY, from Hans SM0BYD

May 22 2007.

Please let me repeat some facts about the HZ1EX QSLing;

If you want a direct reply, US$2.oo is needed to cover the cost from Sweden. No less and NO more. 1 NEW IRC is also OK.
Of course, a S.A.S.E. with a swedish 14 kronor mint stamp is perfect.

If you join LoTW at ARRL, you will find your QSO electronically verified for your ARRL award.

An eQSL is also available at www.eQSL.cc

Other cards, via the Bureau.

I apologize for delays with the latter. The remaining Bureau cards will be dealt with as soon as possible. So,still, patience, please.

Thank You! Danke! Dank! Takk! Tak! Kiitos! Merci! Hvala! Grazie! Obrigado! Gracias! Dakujem!...

After all it is those who have a deep
and real inner life who are best able to deal
with the irritating details of outer life."
