QSL INFO: I QSL 100% via LotW and eQSL. Sorry, I do not presenly QSL via QRZ.com.
For a paper QSL:
I can accept $USA, $CAN.
I will QSL via buro only if requested. SWL reports via direct mail with SAE and postage are responded to immediately otherwise via buro. Please do not send mail requiring a signature. This necessitates a 15Km round trip to the post office. In future such cards will be discarded unopened.
In Canada, as of 2015, an international postage stamp costs $2.50 + sales tax which is $2.89 (plus card and envelope) which is why I ask for $3 to partially cover costs. Postage to USA is currently $1.20 + tax. Cards without either an IRC or sufficient return postage will be answered via the buro.
