from Quebec City to the Champlain Trail Museum in Pembrooke, Ontario

My new mobile set up (2013) using my other call VA2MA (Mobile Active)

IC-7000, SignalLink, LDG auto tuner,

Video from the 7000, Bencher paddle.

Antennas: Hustler vertical with the 52" extension, resonators for 80 40 20 10m, tail gate mount and mag mount.

Vehicle: Jeep with a fold flat front passenger seat. Comfortable operation from the back seat.

This is the evolution (2014) of the portable unit: A Ready Box, a Go Box, a Fun box, a Toy Box, call it what you will.


 

Tablet and clock on the top of the box.

Top shelf: ID-880H D-Star Digital Voice, Signal Link, IC-7000 All mode all bands

Bottom shelf: Alinco Power Supply, Morse paddle, LDG auto tuner


At the rear of the box: DC distribution pannel RigRunner 4005, all PowerPole connections

Two 32Ah batteries in the vehicle when ac power is not available.

Two lights, a PalmPaddle, a voltmeter used when on batteries, a switching pannel.

From the left: Voltmeter on/off, Radio selection #1 or #2, Speaker or headphones.

The ready box in CW mode while on deployment at a friend.

Operating mobile/portable from the back seat.
