I was certified Nov. 2015.   In 1995, I became interested in Ham Radio through a friend who was very much into it.  Unfortunately due to family, life etc it was not my time to get into Ham Radio.  Well I came back , 20 years older and still like Ham Radio especially CW.

I bought a Kenwood TS590SG ,    strung some  #14 copper wire in a tree and with  34ft of ladder line and some RG8U coax and I made a home brew G5RV.  I am able to tune up all but 160m .  When time permits I do hunt for some slow cw, and get on some nets etc.  What a great hobby, wish there were more hours in the day.

I now have the Yaesu FTM 3200 DR a very nice 2m fusion/analog radio.  Just recently I have purchased the ICOM ID 880H and an IC-80AD HT and starting to learn D-Star.  Very nice radio and fun learning something new.

QSL 's sent to me directly do not require return postage,it will be my pleasure to return the favour.
