Hi All,

I'm pretty new to the world of amateur radio; I just received my callsign in December 2013. I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can about this exciting new hobby.

I'm primarily using an ICOM IC-706MKIIG running through an LDG IT-100 Autotuner and I still have the trusty Yaesu FT-101ZD MkII running at 100W going into a MFJ VersaTuner. Both radios get out to the world through a homebrew inverted V fan dipole (40-20-10) and a 5/8 wave vertical for 2m.

I've just started in the digi side of Amateur Radio and I really love it. Being able to make DX contacts on under 40 watts is amazing to me. I've been doing mostly PSK31, I've dabbled a bit on RTTY and now started in on JT65. I look forward to getting more involved in the digital side.
