My DXing goal for 2017 is to get DXCC in 80m,  30m, 12m and get as close to DXCC in 160m and in the process reach 5 band DXCC,  DXCC Challenge 1000,  Mixed 250,  Phone and Digital 150. ( Worked Confirmed )

If you need VU2 for ATNO / BandFill / ModeFill and I too need you (please see my clublog worked confirmed status listed below) please mail me with a contact request. We can schedule a contact during mutually convienient ti me/band/mode and when propagation path exists.   Please use http://www.voacap.com/ enter your station details and mine and get the best propagation times and mail me a possible schedule.

I coordinate skeds via http://www.on4kst.org/chat/login.php?band=4 chat rooms Skype (id is vu2abs), Whatsapp, Echolink and Facebook Chat

If you hear my  JT65/JT9 CQ but I am not responding to your reply, PLEASE QRO!!!! I often run 100W. Folks who have successfully had a QSO with me are those who had temporarily QRO'ed to as much as needed (250  1000 Watts ) to complete the QSO. I am of the view that JT65/JT9 are WEAK SIGNAL modes and NOT LOW POWER MODES.

DO YOU NEED VU ON 160/ 80 / 30 / 12 / 6 Meters  ?

80 M: 80/75m allocation for India is 3500 - 3700 Khz and 3890 - 3900Khz!!! We can operate any mode anywhere :-) Currently 80m is tuned to 3576 +- 30 Khz. For CW skeds please chose as close to my SWR sweet spot as possible. I often am troubled by wandering SMPS RFI which is about 5 - 10khz wide which keeps shifting in and out of 3576 whereabouts. During such time I have to go QRT and monitor every 5- 10 minutes to see if its QSYed out and then resume 80m JT RX/TX.

.160 M:- Indian 160m allocation is 1820 - 1860 Khz. I have added a homebrew 160m Loading coil to the HF2V and it is tuned to 1838 +- 4 Khz. Please suggest sked freq accordingly. I can work CW too but near 1836 Khz.

12 M :   I am on 79 confirmed and want to make use of what propagation is left of this solar cycle to reach my DXCC. I usually am on these bands in most week days on JT65/JT9/CW where there is some activity reported. I give a couple of CQ's and see how far away I am received via pskreporter.info / reversebeacon.net. I can be QRV on any mode. If we need each other, please email me for a sked.

6 M: VU Hams are restricted to FM only on 6M. So please keep this in mind while requesting 6M Skeds.
