I operate only on CW from my station in Maine in GRID FN53ew (Lincoln County).  In winter I operate only on 80m where my DXCC total is 272 confirmed.  In summer I operate only on 6m where my DXCC total is 115 confirmed, all on Sporadic E.  The image at the top of this page is of the SE skew path and was taken from the top of my tower.  I have a QTH that is very "HFTA friendly."

Rig on 80m is an Elecraft K3S and an ACOM 2000A.

The TX antenna for 80m is a two element yagi.  For RX I use a Hi-Z RX triangular array.  On 6m I am using a single LFA-7 and only get on the air occasionally.

Licensed since 1967, my first callsign was WN1HMU. Have operated from W2CXM, the club station at Cornell University, as well as KA6MZ while serving in the US Marine Corps on Okinawa in 1976-77.

I QSL to all buro cards eventually but if you wish to QSL direct please send your card with an SASE to:
