Hello from beautiful El Dorado County California.  The QTH here is in the foothills just 30 miles east of Sacramento, California U.S.A., the State Capitol of California.  Grid CM98mq.

The beautiful blonde in my profile picture is Monroe.  She is a labrador/cattle dog mix and has been my constant companion for the past five years.  Presently she does not have her Ham Ticket but is working on it.

I monitor the AG6AU repeater network - covering El Dorado County CA and the greater Sacramento Region on a daily basis.  I frequently listen to DSTAR on Reflector 001C.

Just getting into digital mode.  Playing with PSK31 on all bands.

Radios:

Yaesu FT450D on an OCF long-wire antenna, homemade dipole (6 meters), and a Cushcraft R7 vertical.

Yaesu FT1900R on a Diamond vertical for 2-meter use.

Icom ID-51D, plus2 H.T. and a Retevis RT82 H.T. on a RF OpenSpot for DSTAR and DMR.

How about this as a tower?  Not mine...this is a multi-agency tower and somewhere up there is the AG6AU repeater antenna - Camino, CA.
