I was the Electronics Instructor at the Kansas City Kansas Technical School for 15 years. From there I went to work for Motorola as a Project Manager installing Cellular telephone systems and Public Safety systems for 18 years.  After retiring from Motorola I went to work for the local Motorola Service shop as a Project Manager  and after 11 years I retired in July, 2014.  I am the ARRL Technical Coordinator for the Kansas section;  Board member of the Kansas Amateur Repeater Council;  Repeater coordinator for the Shawnee Radio Amateur Team, the Trustee for the Johnson County Radio Amateurs Club repeater, and the 220 Amateur Radio and Monitoring Society repeater.  I have the oldest 220 repeater in the Kansas City area (went on the air in November 1976) and the first VHF DMR repeater in the Kansas City area.  My hobbies include woodworking, metalworking, and electronic circuit design and building.
