Hello,

I'm Glen, glad to meet you. A bit about me: I grew up in a rural area of western New York on a small farm half way between Buffalo and Rochester. I spent some time in the USN as a Sonar Tech aboard 4 different Destroyers durring Viet Nam 64 - 71. Moved back to NY in 72 and worked as an industrial Maint. Electrician for Fisher Price Toys until they shut down in 1995.

My wife and I relocated here in Central FL in 2000. I worked here as a Maint. Electrician for a Rotational Molding company in Lake Wales ,FL until I retired at the end of 2006 .

I've been a ham since 1978. First call was KA2EUM .

Station is an FTDX1200 with an MD-100 mic, AL-82 Amp into an MFJ-9982 Tuner out to a Fan Dipole on 80, 40 20 Meters . Also run an FT-857 D with a Tar Heel-100A-HP and /or ATAS 120A antenna on my mobile . I'm a former member of  LARA and OCARC in WNY and I'm an active member of  LWRA in Lake Wales FL .

I 'm also a member of South Cars , QCWA,  and the ARRL.

I like to rag chew and get to know other hams around the world ...
