Ham Member Lookups: 1798

I just retired from teaching after 32 years.   I taught Welding for 15 years and Diversified Career Technology for an additional 17 years.

As of May 2015 I decided I wanted to venture into amateur radio after years of having been into C.B. radios.  After taking my Technician test and passing, I continued to study for my General Amateur License and passed it the following month. My first call sign was KM4JUO which I never used on air because I knew I was going to apply for my vanity call sign, WN4VIC.

I would like to thank everyone that has taken the time to help and advise me in this new adventure and for making me feel welcome in the ham community.   We could all learn something from the kindness these people have shown.  73 and God Bless You. http://www.qrzcq.com/call/WN4VIC     http://www.longfam.net
