First licensed in 1968 as WN6BHU. Tests were given by my H.S. electronics teacher. Thanks Mr. Gibson!

Joined the U.S.Navy in 1969.

Attended electronics "A" and "B" schools at NATTC, Memphis. AT3.

Repaired airborne navigation equipment, ARN21, ARN52, and ARN84 TACANS at NAS Leemore and

aboard the USS Enterprise. AT5. Also repaired general avaiation equipment, part time, at Fresno (Fresburg) Avionics.

Honorable discharge in 1976. Helped Fresno Avionics manager move the shop to Tulare and helped build new shop in the old, ugly hanger right next to Hwy. 99.

1977 Worked as enginerring technicain for Standard Communications for about 8 months.

1978 started work for manf. of ARN84 TACAN in El Monte, CA . as engineering technician. Built prototypes and taught myself how to program BASIC and assembly, with some help from Tom Craft N6LLH and  Doc. Stahley. Left as associate enginer in 1986.

1986 Two years at AST Research.

1988 Went rogue and now work for myself. And boss is a real A-hole! wink

Mostly work with Microchip PICs.
