Currently involved with HamSCI team, in analyzing ionosphere using data collected from DXClusters and other data sources (RBN, WSPRNet, etc.) - you can see my online system here.

Here is a photo I took of the August 21, 2017 eclipse. Location was the Look Rock Observatory off the Foothills Parkway (Great Smoky Mountain National Park), near Maryville, TN. You can see the antennas used to link the observatory to the National Park Service (observatory is not staffed). Photo was made using Nikon D7000, ISO 1250, 1/250 sec, 300 mm telephoto lens; fill flash on to light the antennas. No photo manipulation at all. (If you use this photo, please give credit to W. D. Engelke, AB4EJ. - Thanks!)
